If you are not successful, I will refund your booking fee generally within 3 days and notify you.

I have yet to ever cancel a market, we are an all-weather market.  Refunds are not available for those traders that choose to cancel.

All stall holders must have current Public Liability Insurance, for assistance you may contact AustBrokers

All food traders must hold a current food licence, this is regulated by Ipswich City Council, you can contact them on     (07) 3810 6666 For more information

You need to bring your own tent, tables and weights to weigh your tent down, we do not supply these.

Once the sunsets, we do have ambient walkway light and lighting towers, but this isn’t enough to light your stall or your products – the better you are lit, the better your customers can see your stock.  Power is not available for Non Food traders, I recommend that you use battery powered LED lights, which are easily purchased at camping or hardware stores.

Food Traders – we have limited power, if you have paid for power, please ensure your leads are tagged and tested and in date– be prepared to not be able to use your leads if this hasn’t been done. If you haven’t paid for power, and notice it available, do not take it upon yourself to plug into vacant ports.  My recommendation is to have between 60 to 80 metres of lead available as some power sources are of distance.

Bump in is strictly from 12pm to 2.30pm, no late comers accepted – please show your other stallholders respect by being on time and organised.

Weighing your tent down – you are not permitted at all to peg at Ripley – we have underground power and water – you must secure your tent with sand or water weights, do not tie your tent to trees.  If you do not have weights, you won’t be able to trade. All weights must be a minimum of 5kg each to weigh each leg of your gazebo down. No “phoney” weights – get the proper ones guys.  They must secure to the leg of your tent, a 1kg shopping bag sitting on the foot of a tent leg doesn’t cut it.  The idea is to weigh your tent down in case a gust of wind comes through.

Rubbish Removal – Stall holders are responsible for their own rubbish removal, bins are provided for public only.

Vehicles that drive through the market, must have their hazard lights on, the procedure is to unpack your stock from your vehicle, remove your vehicle to clear way for other stall holders, then set up.  Unfortunately, not all sites have the provision to have your car behind you.

Do not drive on the grass, gardens or dirt – please respect our beautiful parklands.
